Racism and poor race relations stand in the way of making Central New York better. IRC sponsors dialogue circles that bring racially mixed groups of 8-12 people together for at least six, two-hour sessions. These circles help us learn to trust each other, build stronger relationships between people from different backgrounds, and create action to bring about community healing.
